we would not have made it without heather. all three of us =mom, dad, and baby- are here because of her. we hired her for the worst-case scenario. we trained and learned for months. we asked every question. she found every answer and let us know when we were asking the impossible. when it came down to the wire, our worst-case scenario hit. we were ready. we did everything we could, given the situation. and we all came away healthy and alive. you can't ask for more, and what she provides is so beyond just the knowledge. the emotional support she sews cannot be measured. it is masterful.
